Caption: Colijnsplaat [prov. of Zeeland]. Memorial stone tablet near the harbor of the old village of Colijnsplaat. In February 1953, the Flemish and Dutch coast was attacked by a furious sea. Especially the the isles of the province of Zeeland were victim of this flood. In Colijnsplaat a few men did hold the wooden wall against the force of the sea.
