Caption: Kornwerderzand [prov. of Frieslan] Casemate, located on the Afsluitdike, 4 km from the Frisian coast. The spot is called: Kornwerderzand. It was intended as a line of defence to prevent the Germans to easily reach the province of Holland.(Didn't have the phantasy those day's that Goerings Luftwaffe wasn't created for sightseeing).
